The AAEC and Association of Canadian Cartoonists will be joining with the Cartoon Art Museum in San Franscisco for a 3-day celebration of editorial art and political cartoonists, October 5-8, 2023.

Cartoonist celebrates four decades of drawing

Editorial cartoonist Dan Saad celebrates the 40+ years of his career with a fundraiser for a special cause.

Saad will deliver a presentation on cartoons and the creative process at 6:30 p.m. August 23 at The News-Herald office in Southgate, MI. The event is free, but donations will be accepted for VIP Camp Connect, a nonprofit organization that sponsors a Downriver day camp for individuals with special needs between the age of 8-26.
