Jeff Koterba, cartoonist for the Omaha World-Herald, has written "Inklings, a memoir." The 272-page harcover is being published by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and chronicles "his chaotic boyhood … and his complicated father who, like Koterba, suffers from Tourette's syndrome."
